Refund policy
At Mohar, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are happy to offer returns and exchanges in line with the terms outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges on items that meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Items purchased on sale or during promotional events are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless faulty.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:
- Contact us: Email us at support@moharstore.co with your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return.
- Approval: We will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item.
- Shipping the Item Back: Package the item securely and ship it back within 15 days of receiving approval. We recommend using a trackable service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
- Return Shipping Costs:
- For returns due to a defect or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refund Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-14 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
- Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. To exchange an item for a different size, color, or a new item:

- The customer shall be responsible for shipping the item back to us. We will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you are entitled to an exchange or a refund. Please:
- Contact us within 15 days of receipt at support@moharstore.co with a description and, if possible, a photo of the issue.
- Once approved, we will arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.
6. Cancellations

- Prior to shipping: Orders can be canceled before processing or dispatch.
- After shipping: Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled but can be returned per our return policy.
